On July 23, 2025, "China-Foreign Ambassador-Entrepreneurs Dialogue-Welcome to France" special event, organized by CICCPS was successfully held at the Embassy of the French Republic. The “Dialogue” event brought together over ten Chinese and French business representatives to explore new opportunities for economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.

Mr. Christian Gianella, Minister-Counsellor of the French Embassy in China, extended a warm welcome to the CICCPS delegation. He highlighted that France continues to attract Chinese investment due to its strategic market position in Europe, such as prominent logistics advantages, favorable policy support, and leadership in decarbonization. In 2024, Chinese companies launched 56 investment projects in France, which meant China ranked as top foreign investors. This fully demonstrated the substantial potential of Chinese investment in the country. He expressed his commitment to maintaining close contact with CICCPS and Chinese entrepreneurs and would like to offer relevant assistance through the French Embassy and Business France to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation, vigorously promote more Chinese investments in France, and jointly create new collaborative opportunities.

Li Bingshu introduced the chamber's role as a platform serving the international development for private enterprises. He noted France's strengths in high-end manufacturing, cultural creativity, modern services, and the fruitful achievements in Sino-French economic and trade relations. He emphasized that the event aimed to build a platform for exchange and cooperation, encouraging Chinese entrepreneurs to promptly identify cooperation opportunities and explore collaborative projects to achieve new breakthroughs in bilateral economic and trade relations and deepen cooperation in emerging sectors. He expressed firm belief that, with the joint efforts of CICCPS and the French Embassy in China, a promising future for Sino-French relations can be created.
