Chinese private economy was integrating into the global market at an unprecedented pace and scale and becoming a significant force driving high-quality economic development with the deepening implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative. The overseas expansion led by young entrepreneurs was particularly noteworthy. To further explore new pathways and methodologies for global expansion and promote the steady, high-quality internationalization of private enterprises through exemplary models, the "Navigating the Future, Succeeding Globally" Youth Entrepreneurs Roundtable was successfully held at the Shanghai Tower on December 6, 2024.

Youth Entrepreneurs Roundtable was jointly guided by CICCPS and Lujiazui Administration of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, while organized by CICCPS Youth Entrepreneurs Committee and co-organized by All China Bakery Association.

CICCPS Youth Entrepreneurs Association brought together a large number of passionate and innovative young entrepreneurs who were not only vital to the development of China's private economy but also served as a new force in overseas investment and cooperation. The successful hosting of the 2024 "Navigating the Future, Succeeding Globally" roundtable provided a dedicated platform for young entrepreneurs to exchange ideas, learn, and collaborate, offering valuable experience and inspiration for global expansion and creating opportunities for mutual development.
