On November 8, 2024, a delegation made from the Tehran Chamber of Commerce and led by its president Mr. Najafi Arab, came to CICCPS for an exchange meeting. Li Bingshu warmly welcomed the delegation for their visiting.

Li Bingshu stated that this practical cooperation between China and Iran has been steadily advancing across various fields. He emphasized that this meeting aimed to facilitate in-depth discussions to provide new and more efficient bilateral cooperation opportunities for enterprises from both countries.

The President Najafi Arab of Tehran Chamber of Commerce remarked that, under the background of global economic integration, Iran and China were two major economies in Asia, were supposed to possess broad cooperation prospects and a solid collaborative foundation. He expressed that the purpose of leading the delegation was to explore potential cooperation across various sectors, striving for complementary advantages and mutual benefit.

Following productive discussions, a trilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between CICCPS, the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, and the China-Iran Chamber of Commerce (North). Three parties affirmed that they would use this meeting as a catalyst to continuously deepen cooperation in various fields and explore new business opportunities together.
