On November 13, 2024, CICCPS members led by Li Bingshu the Secretary General of CICCPS for a special visit to Investment Promotion Agency (IPA) of the Ministry of Commerce. Thid conference focused on the opportunities and challenges facing private enterprises in overseas investment, as well as potential cooperation to promote their active and prudent global expansion.

The meeting was attended and chaired by Liu Minqiang the Director General of IPA. Li Bingshu expressed gratitude for his warm reception and acknowledged the long-standing guidance and support received from IPA, which had been crucial for the CICCPS’s operational success. He stated that the purpose of the visit was to exchange insights and collaboratively build an authoritative, pragmatic, and high-level platform to serve private enterprises.

Liu Minqiang affirmed the IPA's willingness to cooperate with CICCPS by jointly organizing investment promotion events, providing resource matching opportunities, and establishing broader collaborative platforms for enterprises. He emphasized that CICCPS and IPA could strengthen the integration and interaction of various domestic and international resources to enhance the tangible benefits and sense of achievement for entrepreneurs.
