On November 4, 2024, the International Investment Forum on cooperation between Krasnodarskiy Kray and China was held in Shanghai and CICCPS attended upon invitation.

CICCPS delegation included Li Bingshu, Liu Haikang the Vice President and President of Beijing Zhongtian Haikang Investment Co., Ltd., Cai Jie the Chairman of Hangzhou Kunze Industrial Co., Ltd., Zhang Tianhui the Council Member and Chairman of Shandong Shunkailong Ecological Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd.and and Wang Yun the Vice Secretary General and Director of International Affair Department.

During the forum, CICCPS signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Russian non-profit organization Yenisei Siberia Development Group. The two parties agreed to conduct exchanges and alignment regarding the development potential of the Siberian region, investment opportunities, and suggestions to Chinese investors coming to Russian market.

In the subsequent B2B session between companies from Krasnoyarsk Krai and their Chinese counterparts held in the afternoon, Li Bingshu and Liu Haikang, as well as other members engaged in discussions with representatives from the Siberian development group and related Russian institutions talked about exploring investment cooperation in industry, agriculture, forestry, and industrial parks.
