On September 14, 2024, as the annual Mid-Autumn Festival approached, CICCPS held its Mid-Autumn Festival Reception in Beijing.

The event gathered over 70 distinguished guests, including Mr. Chen Jian, former Vice Minister of Commerce; Mr. Xie Boyang, Counsellor of the State Council and former Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce; Mr. Siddharth Chatterjee, UN Resident Coordinator in China; H.E. Alberto Jesús Blanco Silva, Ambassador of the Embassy of the republic of Cuba and his wife Mrs. Moraima Rodrí-guez Nuviola; Mr. Kumbirai Diza, Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy of Zimbabwe; Mr. Adnan AKGOZ, Commercial Counsellor of the Embassy of Türkiye; and Mr. Bunlay Suy, First Secretary of the Embassy of Cambodia.

Attendees came from a wide spectrum of organizations and companies, including the Ministry of Commerce, the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the China Chamber of Commerce of Machinery and Electronic Products, the China-Africa Chamber of Commerce, the All-China Baking Industry Association, the IG Global Innovation Alliance, the China Enterprise Evaluation Association, the China Business Times, alongside CICCPS leadership and member entrepreneurs. The diverse group of guests gathered to joyfully celebrate the festival together, strengthening ties and fostering a warm, collaborative atmosphere.
