On September 12, during the 2023 Top 500 Chinese Private Enterprises Summit and the National Excellent and Strong Private Enterprises to Help Shandong Green, Low-Carbon and High-quality Development Conference, the "Private Enterprises Prompt Shanghai Cooperation on Combination of Industry and Finance to create a New Ecological System" event was hosted by the International Cooperation Department of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Qingdao Municipal People's Government, while Shanghai Cooperation Demonstration Zone, CICCPS, and Qingdao Federation of Industry and Commerce co-sponsored this activity in Jinan.
The theme of this event was "promote high-quality development with Shanghai Cooperation" and it aimed to thoroughly implement General Secretary Jinping Xi's concept of global management and the important instructions of "hosting a good meeting and revitalizing a city", which guided the majority of private enterprises to carry forward "Shanghai spirit" effectively serving the new developing pattern, meeting the demand from local trade and investment, giving full play to the leading demonstration role of innovation and testing. Deepen cooperation and complementary advantages accelerated creation of a new platform for "One Belt and Road" international cooperation, promoted the green, low-carbon and high-quality development for private enterprises, and contributed to the realization of regional economic prosperity and mutual benefit.
During the meeting, Bingshu Li the standing deputy secretary of the party committee and the secretary general of CICCPS signed the strategic cooperation contract with Shanghai Cooperation Demonstration Zone and Qingdao Federation of Industry and Commerce on behalf of CICCPS.
As the only national-level platform in China to carry out local economic and trade cooperation among SCO countries, the SCO demonstration zone had been accelerating for 5 years to become a platform comprehensively serving countries along the Belt and Road. The cooperation agreement signed among CICCPS, Shanghai Cooperation Demonstration Zone and the Qingdao Federation of Industry and Commerce, was one of interactive actions conducted by CICCPS to serve private enterprises go overseas. Such an interaction deepened the connection of resource ways. CICCPS would play a crucial role as a bridge strengthening cooperation in making good use of Shanghai Cooperation platform and promoting exchanges. That created complementary advantages for three parties, which resulted in a good situation of multiple-wins.
