On November 27,2020, Executive Deputy Secretary-General of CICCPS Mr. Yan Gaoming and Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of Changzhi Municipal Government of Shaanxi Mr.Zhang Dengke, visited the Embassy of Nepal in China and held working talks with Mr.Mahendra hadpendi. In response to the initiative of the Changzhi Municipal Government, Mr.Ambassador responded that the two countries could expand their friendship at the city level, establish sister cities, promote exchanges and cooperation between international students and visiting scholars, promote more development of mutual benefit, mutual trust and win-win cooperation between China and Nepal.
